Here is the thing about factory ceiling heaters: they don’t bother heating the air. That’s a waste of time. Instead, they shoot infrared waves straight down to the people and equipment on the floor. Now, when you hook these up to a smart system or a building manager, you stop messing with old-school manual switches and start letting logic do the heavy lifting. Getting the heat on, fast Imagine walking into a freezing warehouse and wanting that “instant spring” feeling. If you’re using a forced-air furnace, you’re basically waiting for a giant bubble of dead air to warm up. It takes forever. With a smart setup, we use a relay linked to a gateway.
