If you’re swapping out old, low-wattage lamps for our high-output versions, take a second to check your breakers and your wiring gauge. These high-density heaters pull more juice, and your power supply will feel it. Also, make sure your cooling fans are actually up to the task. You don’t want the sockets charring over time because the ambient heat around the connectors got too high. Just a quick check now saves a lot of trouble later.
